Mr. Ramirez bought a roll of wire 5/6 yards long. He cut it into pieces 1/12 yards long. How many pieces of wire does he have now?

    First you convert 5/6 into 10/12 so you can divide 10/12 by 1/12

    Then you divide by doing keep, change, swift

    You keep then first one 10/12 you can be the symbol * and flip the second one 12/1

    Now you multiply to get 120/12

    Simplify to get 10
