A pile that is 2.8m tall casts a shadow that is 1.16m long. At the same time, a nearby tower casts a shadow that is 38.75m long. How tall is the tower?

    Answer: 93.53

    2.8 m ... shadow 1.16 m

    x m ... 38.75

    2.8/x=1.16/38.75

    x*1.16=2.8*38.75

    x*1.16=108.5

    x=108.5/1.16

    x=93.53m
