Your sister and you go to Arby's for lunch. A sandwich cost twice as much as a drink. You can buy three sandwiches and two drinks for $16. What is the cost of each?

    X = one drink

    2x = one sandwich

    2x * 3 + 2x * 2 = $16

    6x + 4x = $16

    10x = $16

    x = 1.6$ (a drink)

    A sandwich = $1.6 x 2 = $3.2
