The number 2.31 * 10^x is 2,200 times greater than 1.05 * 10^y. Find the correct value of x and y.

A. x = 10 and y = 30

B. x = 10 and y = 13

C. x = 30 and y = 10

    Next divide both sides by 1.05

    4840 * 20952.4^x = 10^y
