Answer: x > 37
Step 1: You add 6.5 to both sides so you end up with:
1/2x > 18.5
Step 2: You then Multiple both sides by the reciprocal of 1/2 which is 2/1.
(2/1) 1/2x > 18.5 (2/1)
Step 3: Work it out and you will have x by itself.
x > 37
