    Ok so you first do

    80 divided by 20

    4 percent represent 1 baby

So I can test this claim by doing 4 percent multiply by 20 babies which is 80 percent

So 100 (because of needing 100 percent) divides by 4 (since 4 percent represent 1 baby).

    So the answer is 25
