Any number with a fraction as exponent could be rewritten as a radical: The denominator of the fraction will be the indice of the radical and the numerator, the exponent of the radicand (quantity under the radical)

    Example: a¹/² = √a¹; a¹⁰/3 = ∛a¹⁰

    1st re write 16 3/2 = 35/2

    (35/2) ¹/² = √ (35/2). You can even write it as follows: (√35) / (√2)
