A sports league has 10 teams. Each team must send at least one player to the league's annual meeting, but may send as many as 5 if space is available based on the cost of the meeting.

Holding the meeting costs the league $400 for the facility, plus $50 per player for food and materials. The league cannot spend more than $1800 on the meeting.
