5 milk choc and 8 dark choc ... total of 13 chocolates

    P (1st pick is milk choc) = 5/13

    do not replace

    P (2nd pick is milk choc) = 4/12 which reduces to 1/3

    P (both picks are milk choc) = 5/13 * 1/3 = 5/39 < = = or 12.8%
