so the best way to set this up would be to do cross multiplication. there are 10 flights out of every 15 minutes so the first ratio is 10/15

there are 60 minutes in one hour and you need to know how many flights per hour so the next ratio would be?/60

    10/15=?/60

    10x60/15

the answer will be 40 flight per hour
