In ∆ABC, AC = 15 centimeters, m B = 68°, and m C = 24°. What is BC to two decimal places?

    We are given with two angles of the triangle. The third angle thus in the triangle is 180 - 68 - 24 equal to 88 degrees. we can use the law of sines to determine the lengths of the triangle. Side AC is opposite to angle B while BC is opposite to angle A. Hence

    BC/sin 88 = 15 / sin 68

    BC = 16.1682 centimeters
