the third fish weighs 1 2/5 pounds

    Step-by-step explanation:

find common denominator for fraction which would be 15

    fish 1=2 5/15

    fish 2=1 9/15

    fish1/2 = 3 14/15

    5 5/15 - 3 14/15 = 1 6/15

    simplify to 1 2/5
