    To determine the number of items in each of the packages, we simply multiply the number of packages and the number of items in each package.

    (1) For the 4 packages of napkin.

    (4 packages) (28 napkins/package) = 112 napkin

    (2) For 2 packages of cups

    (2 packages) (24 cups/package) = 48 cups

    From the calculated values, it may be concluded that 4 packages of napkin will have more number of items.

    b. By how much?

    D = 112 - 48 = 64

    Answer: 64
