    Simplify 7/5x to 7x/5

    3 (7x/5 + 4) - 2 (3/2 - 5/4x)

    Simplify 5/4x to 5x/4

    3 (7x/5 + 4) - 2 (3/2 - 5x/4)

    Expand

    21x/5 + 12 - 3 + 5x/2

    Collect like terms

    (21x/5 + 5x/2) + (12 - 3)

    Simplify

    67x/10 + 9
