The current temperature in smalltown is 20 degrees Farenheit. this is 6 degrees less than twice the temperature that it was 6 hours ago. what was the temperature in smalltown 6 hours ago?

    Explaination: If it is 6 degrees less than twice the tempature it was then you simply divide 20 by 2 (10) and subtract 6 so you end up with 4

    Answer: 4° Farenheit
