    R (Larger) = 1.25 r

    Volume of the can:

    V = r² π h

    V 1 = (1.25 r) ² π h = 1.5625 π h = 1.5625 V

    1.5625 - 1 = 0.5625 = 56.25% ≈ 56%

    Answer: The volume increases by 56%.
