Law of Sines:

sin (A) / a = sin (B) / b = sin (C) / c

Triangle ABC has measures a = 2, b = 2, and m∠A = 30°. What is the measure of angle B?

A. 15°

B. 30°

C. 45°

D. 60°

    Hello,

    as sin A/a = sin B/b

    ==> (1/2) / 2 = sin B/2

    ==>sin B=1/2

    ==>B=30° or 150°

    But one say triangle ABC is not a plat triangle = = >150° is excluded.

    Answer B: 30°
