    Length of the cylinder = 84.5 cm

    Diameter of the cylinder = 2.40 cm

    The circumference is

    π (2.40 cm) = 2.4π cm.

    The area is

    A = (2.4π cm) * (84.5 cm) = 637.1 cm²

    Answer: a. 637 cm²
