    Your job is to isolate b. First I would try to get h and 2 on the other side.

    You can do this by multiplying both sides by 2. Now the equation reads A*2=bh

    Then you can move h by dividing both sides by h. Now it will say A*2/h=b.

    There you go. Your equation to solve for b is b=A*2/h.
