    -5 (x - 1) = 5 - 5x

    Distribute - 5 ion left side.

    -5x + 5 = 5 - 5x

    Subtract 5 from both sides.

    -5x = - 5x

    Add 5x to both sides.

    0 = 0

    The equation 0 = 0 is true, so this equation has infinitely many solutions.
