The ratio of the angle measures in a triangle is 2: 4: 5: 7 it's perimeter is 36 m what is the length of the shortest side

    1. let the sides be 2x 4x 5x and 7x

    since the perimeter is 36

    therefore some of sides = 36

    2x + 4x + 5x + 7x = 36

    18 x=36

    x = 2

    shortest side = 2x = 4m

    longest side = 7x = 14m

    2. sum of angle = 180

    let angles be 5x 12x and 19x

    5x+12x+19x=180

    36x = 180

    x = 5

    smallest angle = 5x = 25

    largest = 19x = 95
