    Moltiply - 2 by x and + 3 to get - 2x-6 from there you can solve by adding 6 to - 10 = - 8 and divide by - 2x and get x=4

    Expand it first. - 2 (x+3) = - 2x-6

    -2x-6 = 10

    -2x = 10+6

    -2x = 16

    -x = - 8

    x = 8
