Step-by-step explanation:
My suggestion is to take notes over what you're trying to learn, and simplify it and rewrite it to where you understand it. To make sure you remember these things, look back at it every once in a while. Find a note taking method that works for you, and like the other person said, ask a lot of questions if you don't understand something.
