To solve the equation we proceed as follows:
1/36=6x-3
multiplying both sides of the equation we obtain:
36*1/36 = (6x-3) * 36
simplifying we obtain
1=216x-108
solving for x we put like terms together
1+108=216x
109=216x
dividing both sides by 216 we get
109/216 = (216x) / 216
simplifying gives us:
x=109/216
