    A plane is essentially a flat sheet of paper that doesn't bend or curve. You can also think of the flat ground as a plane. Flat walls and the ceiling are other examples of planes. It is possible to pass infinitely many planes through a single line. The planes will all spin around the line. If you look at a book, the spine can be considered a line while each page is a plane that passes through that line (the pages must be kept straight and not allowed to bend or curve). In mathematical theory, we can have infinitely many page of this "book".
