Try this option:
1. if D≥0, then trinomial 'ax²+bx+c' can be written in form a (x-x1) (x-x2), where x1 and x2 - roots of ax²+bx+c=0.
2. D=b²-4ac=13²-15*2*4=49, then 2x²+13x+15=2 (x+5) (x+1.5)
answer: 2 (x+5) (x+1.5).
