    First I'd reduce it to 4/100 because every fraction is easier to make a decimal over 100. Now write the four and for every extra 0 add a 0 between the decimal and the number. the answer is 0.04 but also remember when using this trick. If the number over 100 has a decimal you have to keep those ones too
