Alex and his friend Kim made a one-gallon pitcher of lemonade because it was so hot. They drank 5 glasses that each held 2 cups of lemonade. How much lemonade was left in the pitcher? Express the answer in two different ways. (Hint: there are 4cups in 1 quart and 4 quarts in 1 gallon.)

    There is 0.375 gallon left of lemonade.

    1.5 quarts = 0.375 gallon.
