How to Mack a ratio table

Not sure what you want but thhis is how I would make one
given a ratio
simplkify it then multiply it by the natural numbers
example
6:8
simplified
3:4
3:4 times 2 is 6:8
3:4 times 3 is 9:12
3:4 times 4 is 12:16
etc
so the table would look like
3:4
6:8
9:12
12:16
etc
