    We just need to add the expressions : (f+g) (x) = f (x) + g (x) = (-6x-1) + (4x^2) = 4x^2-6x-1

    (f+g) (x) = 4x^2 + (-6x-1)

    (f+g) (x) = 4x^2-6x-1
