What is the slope and the y-intercept for the line represented by this equation? y=3/8x-13

    In y = mx + b form, the slope will be in the m position and the y int will be in the b position

    y = mx + b

    y = (3/8) x + (-13)

    so ur slope is 3/8 and ur y int is - 13 ... or (0,-13)
