Two bicycles head toward each other from opposite ends of a freeway 468 kilometers long. If the speed of the first bicycle is 22 kilometers per hour and the speed of the second bicycle is 17 kilometers per hour, how long will it take before the bicycles pass each other?

    468 / (22+17) = 12 hours
