The manager of an Electronics Store gets an email from the

manufacturer of Flat Screen TVs that says 8% of the TVs

they sent them are defective and will need to be returned.

The manager counts his inventory and sees that he has 71 of

the TV's in his store. He estimates that he will have to return

about 14 of them. Is his estimate accurate?
