The Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in New York City is 4.26 thousand feet long and is the seventh longest suspension bridge in the world. There are 3 feet in a yard. How long is the bridge in yards? Justify your procedure.

    There are 12.78 yards. so the answer could be 13 yards.

    procedure : 1st you multiply the number 4.26 times the other number which is 3.

    2nd you calculate the answer. then u round the answer to the highest number since 78 is above 5.
