What is the next two steps for solving the following equation by using the quadratic formula?

2n2 - 7n - 3 = 0

    2n^2 - 7n - 3 = 0

    a = 2

    b = - 7

    c = - 3

    Then use the Quadratic formula:

    x = [-b + - sqroot (b^2 - 4*a*c) ] / 2*a
