If the dimensions are doubled, the new pyramid is 8 times the original volume.

    Find it by the formula v1 = (1/3) * a*b*h

    and when the dimensions are doubled, it will be v2 = (1/3) * (2a) * (2b) * (2h)

    By simplifying this we get: v2 = (1/3) * {8}*abh

So, the new volume is 8 times more than original.
