The four digit number is 1,927

    Step-by-step explanation:

Let the four digits number be ABCD

now let's test the information given.

There is 1 in the thousand place, this means A is 1

    The ones digit i. e D is 6 more than the thousands. This means D is 6 + 1 = 7

Digit in tens place is thousand plus 1. The tens digit here is C. The value is 1 + 1 which is 2

And lastly the missing digit which is the hundred digit is largest single digit odd number and that is 9

The four digit number is thus 1927
