    Put all into min

    6.5 hours is 390 min

So for 390 min he makes 1560

    So divide

    1560/390=4 he makes 4 dollars a minute

    4 x 60 = 240

    He makes $240 an hour

He does not charge by the hour.

And how would one express 6.5 hours in seconds?
