Claire coaches a rec-league field hockey team. She has four pairs of practice socks in yellow, pink, orange, and peach, and she has two pairs of shoes, one black and one red. She randomly grabs a pair of socks and a pair of shoes to wear and heads off to practice. What are the possible outcomes for this situation?

    She has 2 different shoes. The black shoes can be paired with yellow, pink, orange and peach, same with the red shoes. so there is 8 different outcomes.
