Use Cavalieri's Principle to calculate the exact volume of an oblique cylinder with a radius of 15 meters and a height of 12 meters.

    Cavalieri's principle states that volume formulas for pyramids and cones will also apply to both right and oblique solids, a s long as the "matching" cross section areas are equal.

    So we can use the formula V=bh regardless of the resulting shape.

    V = bh = π (15 m) ² (12 m) = 2700π m³ ≈ 8482.3 m³
