Write a function rule for the volume of the cylinder shown at the right with a height 3 in more than 4 times the radius of the cylinder's base. What is the volume of the cylinder when it has a radius of 2 in?

    Volume of a cylinder = π r² h

    radius = 2 inches

    height = 3 inches more than 4 times the radius. 4 (2) + 3 = 8 + 3 = 11 inches

    Volume of a cylinder = 3.14 * (2in) ² * 11 inches

    Volume of a cylinder = 3.14 * 4in² * 11 inches

    Volume of a cylinder = 138.16 in³
