    1kg = 1000g

    given,

    1kg = 7 apples

    1000g = 7 apples

    So,

    2000g = 2 * 1000g

    = 2 * 7 apples

    Answer

    14

    Explanation

    7 apples weigh 1 Kg.

    1 apple would weigh 1 : 7 = 1/7 Kg

    In grams, weight of 1 apple = 1/7 * 1000

    = 1000/7 g

    To get how many apple weigh 2000 g we do as follows;

    Number of apple that weigh 2000 Kg = 2000 / (1000/7)

    = 2000 * 7/1000

    = 14000/1000

    = 14

    14 apples weigh 2000 g.
