To have kissed the maximum number of people on the hand, then Anita would have to kiss as few people on the cheek as possible. Since she kissed at least 20 people on the cheek, the least number of people she could've kissed on the cheek is 20 (at least 20 people).

Now we need to find out how much money she made from kissing people on the cheek. Since each kiss on the cheek charges $10, to find the amount of money she made, we multiply 20 and 10 to get $200.

Now we need to find out how much money she made from kisses on the hand. We can do this by subtracting the total amount she made from kisses on both hands and cheeks and the amount of money she made from kisses on the cheek. $320 - $200 is $120, so Anita made $120 from kisses on the hand.

To find out how many kisses Anita gave on the hand, we need to divide the total amount of money she got from kisses on the hand and the amount of money it costs for 1 kiss. 120 / 5 is 24, so the maximum number of people Anita kissed on the hand is 24.
