If there are 21 vowels and 15 constants in a bag what is the probability you will pull a consonant and then vowel

    Pull a constant first: 15/36

    Then pull a vowel: Assume you pull the constant and put it back to the bag. Then it is 21/36

    So P = 15/36 * (21/36)
