Elijah wants to purchase two shirts that are on the discount rack at his favorite clothing store. The original price of one shirt is $19.99, and original price of the other shirt is $22.59. If both shirts are marked 60% off the original price, how much will Elijah pay for two shirts before taxes?

    She will pay $25.54 for both shirts.

    $19.99 times. 60=$11.99

    $22.59 times. 60=$13.55

    $11.99+$13.55=$25.54
