A farmer has 113 sheep. 47 of them are males. How many more female sheep are there than male sheep?

    113=47+f (f for female sheep)

    subtract 47 from both sides

    66 sheep are female

    to find out how many more are female, 66-47

    19 more are female than male

    Well if u subtract 113 from 47 u get 66
