Find the arc length of a central angle of pi/4 in a circle whose radius is 8 inches

    The arc length will be given by:

    C=Θ/360πd

    where:

    Θ=45

    d=8*2=16 in

    hence;

    C=45/360*π*16

    =6.3 inches
