1 1/2 because if you add the top it's 6/4 and for can only go into 6 once then you get 1 and two is left over so you get 2/4 which simplified to 1/2 so you get 1 1/2

In maths u can simply add the numerators keeping the denominator constant if it is the same. So,
3/4+3/4
= (3+3) / 4
=6/4
=3/2
