We first need the weight of the person in kg.

    Applying

    1 lb = 0.454 kg

    180 * 0.454

    = 81.72 kg

The daily dosage of drug is then:

    25 * 81.72

    = 2043 mg

Dividing that into two doses per day:

    2043 / 2

    = 1,021.5 mg per dose
