The 8 pound bag of dog food is better because the price is more cheaper

It would be the 8 pound bag, because if 4 is 8 divided by two, you could divide the corresponding prices. That would be $7.40/2. The answer to that is $3.70. If the price possibility is lower than $5.38, it wouldn't be as good a deal.
